As part of an increased investment in its specialist customer contact division, Change Recruitment has recruited Lesley Shepherd as an Associate Director to lead the team. She has been joined by several additional senior consultants, as Change focuses on significantly increasing its share of the customer contact recruitment market in Scotland. Further hires will be made over the coming 12 months as the firm pushes to become a market leader in the thriving industry.
Lesley brings with her 20 years of experience in the sector; over which time she has led some of the country’s largest scale recruitment campaigns on behalf of many major blue-chip organisations. Lesley has ambitious plans to significantly grow Change’s market share by taking creative and innovative talent solutions to this significant employment profession. Lesley will work closely with Change Managing Director, Mark McFall, to achieve these plans.
Change is also planning to grow its international recruitment team. Gordon Hutchison has joined the firm as an Associate Director to further develop the team within the industry and commerce sectors, with a specific focus on key markets in mainland Europe.
He and his team will recruit within global internal audit, continuing to work with key global organisations within the energy, FMCG and manufacturing sectors. Gordon has worked within international recruitment for over 14 years in several locations, advising clients around the world; but more recently has spent the last five years running his own consultancy, specialising in international audit.
